A good additional exercise for all types of eye pathologies (as well as for the load of healthy eyes) can be the use of a "rabbit" of the laser pointer.Do not drive a bundle on the walls, the ceiling or the floor too quickly for the eyes, depending on the "rabbit", are not too tired.And do not leave the beam to be climbed on the surfaces of the mirror so that the laser beam can affect and enter the eyes - this is heavy with retina damage!
Gymnastics for glaucoma
Gymnastics in the diagnosis of glaucoma generally requires, in addition to drug treatment, exercises that will help improve the circulation of intraocular liquids.
- Focus on the fingers shown in front of you at a distance of half a meter.Start pushing these fingers in the form of the letter V, without losing to concentrate at a point around them.
- By obtaining two meters from the window, concentrate your eyes first on your finger, then on the window closing window, then on the tree leaf, located 5 meters from the window, then on the horizon.Perform actions in the opposite order, returning to the finger on your tense arm.
